In
early December of each year, Hardware
Sales delights in hosting a very special
evening of holiday shopping for the ladies in our
community. The evening begins with a complimentary flower at the
door. Afterwards, ladies are offered hor d'oeuvres,
espresso, hot chocolate, sparkling cider, and chocolates
from our roving servers. Almost everything in the
store is at
least 10% off regular pricing, so the deals are
literally everywhere - with knowledgeable sales
assistance to match!
Hundreds of women get their Christmas shopping done in this fun and informative atmosphere which includes...

The Echo - a popular free classifieds publication in Whatcom County - has depicted our Ladies' Night on its cover a number of times. As you can see, we really do "roll out the carpet" for this gala event.
Each year a lucky lady is chosen in a local radio station's drawing
to receive an evening out that includes a limo-ride to a very
special dinner-spot
with friends, and then on to our store - for flowers and more gifts.
Ladies - having trouble making that list & "checking it twice"?
WE CAN HELP! We've put together a comprehensive
list that you can print to give to the favorite men in
your life ... have them check-off what they're
interested in. Then, bring the list with you on
Ladies' Night!
Each spring Hardware Sales ropes off some of its parking lots
and hosts this festive event where our customers and
knowledgeable vendors get together with the newest tools and
equipment available. We usually feature over thirty
different suppliers with their tools, demonstrations, free
drawings, and lots of give-a-ways! Some of the very best
"deals" of the year are made at this annual face-to-face event
where informed consumers and (very competitive) sales
representatives get directly connected.
Always a super-hit - be sure and pick up a barbecue
beef sandwich and a cold drink for only 75 In fact, pick up
two! (For each purchase, 25ยข will be donated to the Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
Foundation.)
We start serving around 11:30 in the morning and
continue until they're gone, so come
early and enjoy! Brought to you by the wonderful
folks from our own local Whatcom County Cattlemen's'
Association.
Just
some of the vendors that normally take part are Makita,
DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, Porter Cable, Senco, Hitachi,
Bostitch, Jet, Dremel, Fein, MK Diamond, Tenryu,
Weather Guard, Werner, Stanley, Carhartt, Ingersol-Rand,
Shop Vac, and Maui Jims.
Once again some of our favorite radio personalities from KISM will be with us with LIVE "on the air" reporting on the festivities. They'll also be giving away some promotional goodies from 11 AM to 3 PM so you may want to stop by their crew and say 'hi'!
